The Boise Metro Chamber recently held its 2026 Small Business and Chamber Excellence Award Winners event at the Boise Centre. The ceremony recognized outstanding small businesses and individuals contributing to the local economy. Kevin Settles, owner
of Bardenay Restaurants & Distilleries, was named the Government Advocate of the Year. The U.S. Small Business Administration's Boise District Office also honored financial institutions like ICCU and Zions Bank for their support of small businesses. Dan Price, a retired community banking president, was inducted into the Chamber's Hall of Fame for his significant contributions to the community and the Chamber. The event included a reception and tradeshow, providing networking opportunities for attendees.
