Kinley Rasmus, a prominent figure in the Little League World Series (LLWS), is set to join Central-Phenix City, the USA TODAY Sports' preseason national No. 1 flag football team. Rasmus, a 7th grader, gained national attention as one of two girls participating
in this year's LLWS, where she pitched a complete game shutout to secure the Southeast Regional for her Phenix City team, marking their first appearance in Williamsport in 27 years.
