Sandbag Saturday, a free, military-inspired workout program, is taking place every Saturday at Thousand Steps Beach in South Laguna Beach, California. Founded in December 2023 by brothers Dante and Joey Finiguerra, the program invites participants to
engage in intense beachside exercises using sandbags. Attendees grab an empty sandbag, fill it to their desired weight, and then perform various exercises including stair climbs, duck walks, bear crawls, overhead holds, and water-based drills.
