Metso has successfully extended a long-term supply agreement with a major mining company in South America for the provision of MX crusher wear parts used in Nordberg® MP1250 crushers. This agreement is part of a broader strategy to enhance equipment performance,
extend component wear life, and improve operational safety and efficiency. The partnership, which is built on joint technology development and continuous improvement efforts, is integrated into a three-year supply agreement with an annual business volume of approximately €10 million. The first deliveries under this agreement were recorded in the first quarter of 2026. Metso's commitment includes maintaining a dedicated on-site stock to ensure parts availability and providing technical expertise and on-site monitoring to support the customer's operations.
