IDB Invest has announced a financing package of up to $10 million for Ancalmo S.A. de C.V., a Salvadoran pharmaceutical company. The funding will be used to expand and modernize Ancalmo's production facilities, enhance manufacturing capacity, and strengthen
operations in El Salvador. The project aims to boost local pharmaceutical production, increase export capacity, and generate employment. The financing includes a committed tranche of $8 million and an uncommitted tranche of $2 million, with a term of up to 11 years.
