and technical security solutions. The BISO will advise business stakeholders on the company's security protections, customer security requirements, and regulatory security controls, with the primary objective of minimizing information risk exposure and enabling secure business operations. Key responsibilities include promoting IT Security Policies and Standards, providing security consulting for customer and regulatory audits, leading remediation activities, and advising stakeholders on incident investigations. The BISO will also conduct security risk assessments for Mergers & Acquisitions and present monthly security status reports to senior leadership.
