Christina Coen has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of USG Water Solutions, effective September 1. She succeeds John Flaugher, who is transitioning into a strategic advisory role within the company. USG Water Solutions is a provider of water
utility services, specializing in areas such as storage tanks, plant rehabilitation, metering, and distribution systems. Coen joins USG Water Solutions from UPL Corp., where she most recently served as Chief Transformation Officer and led research and development and sustainability initiatives. Prior to that, she was Chief Marketing Officer with global profit and loss responsibilities for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Her career also includes senior leadership positions at Nalco Water (an Ecolab Company), FMC Corp., and Dow Chemical, spanning research and development, transformation, marketing, and commercial leadership in the agricultural and specialty chemicals sectors. Coen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University.
