Hadrian, a defense manufacturing startup serving the Pentagon and Lockheed Martin, has secured a $7.87 billion valuation following a new funding round. The Series D round, anchored by JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Strategic Investment Group, raised $1.37 billion.
Other participants included Valor Equity Partners, Baillie Gifford, Founders Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, and 1789 Capital. The funding will support Hadrian's workforce expansion and further growth in the defense sector.
