Early Bird, a Nebraska-based restaurant, is set to open its doors in Sioux Falls on August 10. Located at 3101 W. 41st St., the new establishment will replace the former Jacky’s Burrito Express and Fuddruckers. Franchisees Fred and Amy Preator discovered
the concept in Omaha and are excited to bring it to Sioux Falls as the 10th location. The restaurant will operate daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering a menu that includes creative twists on diner classics such as cinnamon roll pancakes and elevated breakfast sandwiches. The opening has generated significant interest, with nearly 300 applicants for 40 positions. The restaurant will not take reservations but will allow guests to join a waitlist online.
