Faraday Future's AI subsidiary, FFAI, is making significant strides in the commercial robotics sector, as demonstrated at the Automate 2026 event in Chicago. The company showcased its 'one brain, multiple forms' robotics platform, highlighting its expansion
beyond education-focused robotics into industrial automation. FFAI introduced the FF Faber mobile manipulator series, designed for applications in warehouse logistics, factory operations, and facility inspection. The series includes the Faber T, already in use for power inspection and data center applications, and the AI-powered Faber U. Additionally, FFAI unveiled the All-New Futurist humanoid robot, the first full-size humanoid in the U.S. to support Nvidia Sonic's full-body motion control system. This expansion is part of a broader strategy centered on an open embodied AI ecosystem, which includes the EAI Brain software platform and an EAI Data Factory for continuous data collection and AI performance improvement.
