What's Happening?
The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce is set to host the second annual Milford Regional Lobster Roll Festival at Walnut Beach on September 20, 2026. Sponsored by Comcast Xfinity, the festival will feature regional restaurants, small businesses, local
artisans, and musicians. The event celebrates Milford's history as the birthplace of the hot buttered lobster roll, first created at Perry's Restaurant in 1929. Participating restaurants from Milford and West Haven will serve lobster rolls, while other vendors offer a variety of foods. The festival will also include live music, an Artist Pavilion with craft vendors, and family activities in the Little Lobster Lagoon. VIP packages are available, offering exclusive amenities.
