in KBRA's New York office and will report to the Global Head of Compliance, with an additional reporting line to KBRA's Board of Managers. The Compliance Department at KBRA is a critical control function responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and rules, as well as KBRA's internal codes, policies, and procedures. The department also manages regulatory reporting, examinations, and provides compliance guidance.
