The theatrical production 'Lele Wale' is set to return to Lahaina, marking the third anniversary of the August 2023 wildfires. Created by Ikaika Mendez, the production is a tribute to the community's resilience and healing journey. It features original
hula choreography and multilingual storytelling, reflecting the authentic voices of Lahaina. The production aims to honor the lives lost and celebrate the enduring relationship between people and place. Performances will be held at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, with proceeds supporting the Festivals of Aloha.
