AllThrive 365, a Phoenix-based nonprofit, will continue three programs previously offered by Duet: Partners In Health & Aging. These programs provide essential support to homebound adults, family caregivers, and grandfamilies across Arizona. The transition
ensures that these vital services remain accessible following Duet's decision to sunset operations. AllThrive 365, formerly known as the Foundation for Senior Living, has been serving Arizona since 1974, focusing on health, housing, and connection for aging individuals. The organization aims to expand access to these services, which served approximately 3,000 Arizonans in 2025.
