What's Happening?
The BMC3I TAP Lab, in partnership with Catalyst Campus, has launched a new multi-phased program to enhance collaboration between commercial innovators and government stakeholders. The program aims to support Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications,
and Space Intelligence (BMC3I) mission needs. The initiative begins with the 'Mission Catalyst Summit,' a three-day event designed to introduce participants to the BMC3I TAP Lab and its mission priorities. The program will provide opportunities for collaboration and accelerate the transition of commercial technologies into operations.
Why It's Important?
This program is crucial for fostering innovation and collaboration in the field of space intelligence and communications. By creating multiple entry points into the BMC3I ecosystem, the initiative aims to increase awareness of mission needs and accelerate solution development. The collaboration between Catalyst Campus and the BMC3I TAP Lab could lead to significant advancements in technology development, benefiting both government and commercial sectors.
What's Next?
Applications for Phase 1 of the BMC3I TAP Lab program will open in conjunction with the Mission Catalyst Summit. The six-week cohort experience will help selected teams align their technologies with mission needs and build relationships with stakeholders. The program's success could lead to further phases and expanded collaboration opportunities.
