Magmatic Resources, an Australian gold exploration company, has announced significant gold intercepts from six prospects at its Weebo Gold Project in Western Australia. The company completed a phase three
drilling program in May and June, which included 10 reverse circulation (RC) holes totaling 2,112 meters and 90 air core (AC) holes totaling 4,479 meters. Notable results from the RC drilling include 6 meters at 1.96 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 137 meters at the Otto 2 prospect, and 8 meters at 1.52 g/t gold from 144 meters at the Ockerburry 3 prospect. The AC drilling at West Gold and Wheel of Fortune delineated regional-scale gold-bearing structures over 700 meters in length. The company plans to resume drilling at the Weebo Project in September and October, focusing initially on the Otto 2 prospect.
