What's Happening?
GameChange Energy has been selected to provide its Genius Tracker solar tracking systems for two utility-scale solar projects in Texas, named Pepper and Lucky 7. Developed by Sabanci Renewables, these projects will add approximately 286MWdc of new solar generation
capacity and are expected to begin operations in the second half of 2027. The projects will supply renewable electricity to Meta under a long-term agreement, addressing the growing power demands of hyperscale data centers. The use of 620Wp bifacial modules manufactured by Waaree is part of the initiative to deliver stable, cost-efficient renewable energy to support the technology sector's growth.
