Nektar Therapeutics has initiated Phase 3 trials for rezpegaldesleukin, a novel regulatory T-cell biologic, in patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The ZENITH AD program includes three global trials targeting patients aged 12 and older,
with the first two trials focusing on treatment-naive patients and the third on those with prior treatment experience.
