Resorts World Langkawi, operated by Genting Malaysia, and ONE°15 Marina, a subsidiary of SUTL Enterprise, have announced a partnership to develop ONE°15 Marina Langkawi. This new marina will be located in Langkawi, Malaysia, a prominent tourist destination
and Southeast Asia's first UNESCO Global Geopark. The facility is planned to feature over 90 berths, accommodating superyachts up to 140 feet, with an anticipated opening in the latter half of 2027. This development expands ONE°15 Marina's existing portfolio, which includes facilities in Singapore and Indonesia, and a recently announced project in Phuket, Thailand. Langkawi is strategically positioned along the Andaman Sea, making it a key location for yachting routes between Singapore and Phuket, and serves as a duty-free stopover for cruises.
