What's Happening?
Famous Amos, in partnership with U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., has awarded $150,000 to three Black entrepreneurs as part of its 2026 Ingredients for Success program. Each recipient will receive $50,000, along with mentorship, networking opportunities, and
educational resources. The winners include The Brunch Munch, Maison Black, and The Marriage Pinnacle, each offering unique services that support community connection, amplify Black designers, and strengthen relationships, respectively. This initiative aims to empower Black-owned small businesses and foster economic growth.
Why It's Important?
The Ingredients for Success program underscores the importance of supporting minority-owned businesses, particularly in a landscape where many business owners are retiring without succession plans. By providing capital and resources, Famous Amos is helping to bridge the gap for new entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the tools needed for sustainable growth. This initiative not only supports individual businesses but also contributes to the broader economic empowerment of Black communities, aligning with ongoing efforts to address racial disparities in business ownership and success.
