After approximately 12 months in this role, qualified individuals transition into a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. This intensive training prepares them for management responsibilities, including recruiting and coaching other financial professionals. The program offers comprehensive training, digital tools, and a robust suite of financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products. Compensation for financial professionals is commission-based, while Associate Partners receive a salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000, along with bonuses and incentives.
