SylvanSport has introduced its new Vire camper trailer, positioned between its compact tent trailers and the larger Vast model. The Vire is designed with a focus on maximizing interior living space through the use of uninterrupted vertical-walled construction.
This design choice aims to provide more usable volume compared to campers with curved or tapered walls, which often reduce living area. The Vire measures 19.5 feet (5.9 meters) in length, making it approximately 2 feet shorter than the Vast. It features a fixed floor plan with a small kitchen block near the entryway and a wet bath in the rear corner. The kitchen includes a dual-burner gas stove, a sink with a fold-down faucet, and storage. The front lounge area can convert into a dining space with a wraparound sofa bench or a living room-like lounge, and it also accommodates a near-king-sized bed measuring 72 x 80 inches (183 x 203 cm). The trailer is classified as four-season-ready with insulated laminated composite outer walls and includes a Truma Combi furnace/water heater combo, a Truma air conditioner, and two Maxx-Air fans as standard equipment.
