Cosmos Health Inc., a global healthcare group, has announced a significant expansion in its contract manufacturing operations through its subsidiary, Cana Laboratories S.A. The company has secured a cumulative orderbook exceeding 25 million units across
various pharmaceutical and wellness partners. These multi-year agreements, some extending up to ten years, are expected to generate over $10 million in recurring annual profit. The manufacturing is conducted at Cana's 54,000-square-foot facility in Athens, which is licensed under European Good Manufacturing Practices and certified by the European Medicines Agency. The facility has recently undergone a $5.5 million upgrade, including the addition of a new ACG capsule-filling line, enhancing its production capabilities. The orderbook spans multiple therapeutic categories, reducing reliance on any single product or partner.

The strategic focus on contract manufacturing aligns with the company's growth strategy, providing a stable and predictable revenue base while diversifying its product offerings across various therapeutic areas.
What's Next?
Cosmos Health plans to continue pursuing additional contracts to further expand its contract manufacturing operations. The company is evaluating further expansion opportunities to increase its production capacity and secure new contracts. This ongoing expansion is expected to accelerate the growth of its high-margin contract manufacturing segment, supporting the production of its proprietary brands and enhancing its competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
