Dan Hotels is transforming its dining offerings in Eilat by incorporating street food from various culinary traditions into its hotel buffets. This initiative, which began with a pilot program at the Dan Eilat Hotel in July, is expanding to include the Dan Panorama
Eilat and Neptune Eilat hotels. The program features a rotating lineup of guest chefs and food vendors, offering dishes such as market tacos, Vietnamese street food, and falafel from renowned Tel Aviv institution HaKosem. The expansion follows the success of the initial program, which included contributions from meat expert Ruben Maislos and other notable culinary figures. The project is curated by David Kishka, chairman of the Israeli Association for Culinary Culture, and aims to provide guests with a more localized and experience-driven dining experience during the summer vacation season.
