What's Happening?
Vault Strategic Mining is set to conduct a UAV-based magnetic survey at its War Bond Tungsten Project in western Nevada. The high-resolution survey, to be delivered by Pioneer Exploration Consultants, will cover approximately 70km of flight lines. The project
includes historical mine sites and spans 400 acres in the Delaware Mining District. The survey aims to refine geological models and identify potential tungsten-related targets for future drilling. Historical data indicates significant tungsten mineralization, but new drilling and studies are needed to confirm these findings.
Why It's Important?
This survey represents a strategic step in advancing the War Bond Tungsten Project, which is located in one of the world's top mining jurisdictions. The use of UAV technology for geological surveys highlights the growing role of advanced technology in mining exploration. Successful identification of tungsten targets could lead to increased production and economic benefits for the region. The project also reflects the ongoing interest in tungsten, a critical mineral used in various industrial applications, underscoring the importance of securing domestic sources of strategic minerals.
