between 50 and 74, who were divided into two groups. One group followed a structured wellness routine that included consuming 100 grams of plain yogurt daily, receiving dietary counseling, and engaging in regular exercise. The other group maintained their usual habits. Blood samples and DNA analysis were conducted before and after the study to measure the impact of these changes. The results showed a statistically significant reduction in the pace of aging for the intervention group, with an average slowdown of 2.2% in biological aging speed.
