Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, has announced the development of The Nell New York, a new luxury hotel set to open in fall 2027 at Rockefeller Center. This project marks the first new-build hotel within the iconic New York City location and
will be the city's only Relais & Châteaux hotel. The Nell New York is part of a strategic expansion by Nell Hotels, inspired by the renowned Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado. The hotel will feature 134 rooms and offer exclusive access to New York City's cultural and dining experiences. The design, led by the Rockwell Group, will incorporate Art Deco elements and an art collection showcasing emerging and established artists.
