The Youngstown State women's golf team has been recognized for its academic excellence, ranking eighth in the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Academic Top 25 for the 2025-26 season. The team achieved a collective GPA of 3.903, marking its fourth
consecutive year in the top 25. This achievement highlights the team's consistent academic performance, having previously ranked 17th in 2024-25, 7th in 2023-24, and 4th in 2022-23. Youngstown State stands out as the only Horizon League member to be included in this prestigious list. Additionally, five team members were honored as WGCA All-American Scholars for their academic achievements.
