The AI Hospitality Alliance (AIHA) has announced its inaugural group of Founding Partners, which includes leading hospitality technology companies and an academic institution. This alliance aims to advance responsible artificial intelligence (AI) adoption
across the global hospitality industry. The Founding Partners represent a diverse range of the hospitality ecosystem, including commercial platforms, property management systems, revenue optimization, digital marketing, AI infrastructure, operations technology, guest experience, booking technology, distribution, and higher education. The AIHA serves as a neutral industry collaboration focused on accelerating responsible AI adoption through education, best practices, technical guidance, research, and open industry dialogue. The alliance has published The AI Hospitality Alliance Declaration, outlining a 12-month roadmap with five strategic workstreams: Agentic Direct Booking & Commerce, Standards & Technical Guidelines, Governance & Responsible AI, Thought Leadership & Education, and Events & Industry Collaboration.
