The Quincy Notre Dame (QND) girls golf team achieved a significant victory at the Quincy High School (QHS) Invitational, held at Westview Golf Course. The event was shortened from 18 holes to nine due to high heat. QND's duo of Nancy Scholz and Georgia
Wisslead won the scramble event with a bogey-free 4-under 32. They eagled the par-5 fifth hole, birdied the par-5 sixth, and finished with a birdie on the par-3 ninth. Another QND team, Caroline Knuffman and Olivia Scholz, secured second place with a 2-under 34. Macomb's Taylor Mann and Reese Watson won a scorecard playoff against QND's Natalie Druffel and Hadleigh Russell, as both teams shot 1-under 35. Quincy High School’s Alexa Mosley and Elise Snider finished with a 1-over 37.
