Arm is expanding its AI infrastructure with the introduction of the Arm AGI CPU and Neoverse Compute Subsystems (CSS) N4. This development aims to meet the evolving demands of 'agentic AI,' where AI systems increasingly perceive, reason, and act, requiring

The Neoverse CSS N4 is designed to be Arm's most configurable CSS, offering a faster path from CSS to silicon and supporting up to 128 cores per die, LPDDR6 memory, and PCIe Gen 7 connectivity. It delivers up to twice the performance and 1.75 times the memory bandwidth compared to its predecessor, Neoverse CSS N3. The Arm AGI CPU provides production-ready silicon for responsive agentic AI.
