Dasher Neuroscience has successfully completed patient enrollment for its Phase 2 global clinical trial of YA-101, an AI-driven drug candidate for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). This trial, which includes 90 participants from the United States, Japan,
and Taiwan, aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of YA-101. The drug targets both the Parkinsonian and cerebellar subtypes of MSA, a rare and rapidly progressive neurodegenerative disease. The primary endpoint of the trial is to assess the incidence and severity of adverse events, while secondary endpoints include pharmacokinetic parameters and clinical efficacy measured by the Unified Multiple System Atrophy Rating Scale and the 10-Meter Walk Test. YA-101 has received Fast Track Designation from the U.S. FDA and Orphan Drug Designation from regulatory agencies in the U.S., Japan, and the EU.
