The Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) will coordinate with state and federal agencies, facilitate policy and permitting, and support workforce development. Eli Lilly will contribute by evaluating technologies, providing input on energy demand, engaging in long-term energy procurement discussions, and collaborating on site screening for its LEAP Research and Innovation District or other affiliated locations.
