Plastika Kosovo has resumed its recycling operations with a new washing line from Lindner Washtech, following a major fire in 2024 that halted production and affected 40 jobs. The new facility, operational since December 2025, doubles the company's recycling capacity
and allows for processing a wider range of plastic materials, including heavily contaminated fractions. This expansion not only restores but enhances Plastika Kosovo's ability to recycle plastic waste, making it less dependent on specific supply sources.
