Following this recognition, Salonga will also be honored with the Icon Award at the third annual Manila International Film Festival’s (MIFF) Closing Night Awards Gala on September 6th at The Beverly Hilton. MIFF, a member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, nominated Salonga for the Walk of Fame.
