America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families 2026 has been announced, highlighting the best employers in the U.S. for working parents. This recognition is based on a comprehensive study that includes a national survey of over 100,000 working parents conducted
between April and October 2025. The study evaluates companies with more than 1,000 employees on their support for parents and caregivers, using over 120 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs cover areas such as subsidized childcare, paid family leave, and cryopreservation benefits. The study also incorporates data from previous surveys conducted between 2022 and 2024, making it one of the largest independent studies of its kind. Companies were also assessed for any negative media coverage, and those implicated were excluded from the rankings.
