The restored Tivoli is expected to reopen in October, reintroducing Broadway shows and major touring productions to the venue. The project is also expected to create 759 full-time-equivalent jobs, contribute around $45.3 million in local value added, and generate approximately $4.1 million annually in state and local tax revenue. The increased activity from touring concerts, Broadway shows, comedy acts, and local performances is anticipated to draw over 300,000 ticketed visits per year, benefiting local restaurants, hotels, parking services, and retail businesses, thereby strengthening Chattanooga's appeal as a destination.
