The AI tools drafted responses using Steggles' company records, addressing most compliance and technical questions autonomously. The AI also translated complex language into plain English to assist Steggles in finalizing answers. The regulator's evaluation resulted in AI Director Ltd scoring 70% overall, with a perfect score on cost, surpassing the university in this aspect.
