Skills SA has implemented a multi-agent AI workflow to streamline the compliance review process for vocational education and training (VET) providers. This system, primarily operating on a Databricks stack, aims to assess how well providers meet student
support requirements annually. Jarrad Taylor, AI, data, and integration lead, highlighted the workflow's potential as a reusable pattern for other government processes. The AI system assists assessors in evaluating responses to the Organisational Self Assessment (OSA), a comprehensive form that providers complete to demonstrate compliance with Skills SA standards. The AI workflow reduces manual effort and enhances consistency in assessments.
