the construction of a 4,047-square-foot multi-purpose barn for equipment storage and recreational use, and second, the 4,042-square-foot main house. The main house is composed of three connected sections: a two-story garage/office, the primary living area, and a family/guest wing, complemented by 1,522 square feet of decks and patios. The design prioritizes preserving existing Oak trees and integrates with the natural topography, featuring a 358-square-foot underground wine room for entertaining.
