What's Happening?
Lara will host a series of deeply relaxing group sound baths at the North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing in Oak Harbor, Washington. These sessions are scheduled for the last Saturday of every month, with exceptions for holiday weeks. The sound baths aim
to provide participants with an opportunity to relax, restore, and recenter themselves through immersive sound experiences. Instruments used include crystal bowls, Solfeggio frequencies, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes, which are intended to help melt away stress and promote the body's natural balance. Attendees are encouraged to bring personal comfort items such as yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and eye covers to enhance their relaxation during the one-hour journey.
