and customer service. In her new role, she will be responsible for collaborating with meeting and event planners to coordinate destination services and ensure that groups visiting Southwest Louisiana have welcoming and memorable experiences. Prior to this appointment, Holcom served as a lead server at Crying Eagle – Lakefront, where she trained team members and focused on guest experience. Her previous roles also include lead server at 121 Artisan Bistro and service team lead at Golden Nugget, where she developed skills in customer communication, problem-solving, organization, reservations, and guest relations.
