Wells Fargo is initiating its 2027 Commercial Banking Early Career Development Program in Los Angeles and San Diego, California. This two-year program is designed to provide participants with exposure
to various Commercial Banking lines of business and their partners through four six-month rotations. The program emphasizes professional development and business skills acquisition through on-the-job experience, formal in-person, and virtual training, including foundational credit and banking fundamentals.
