Prior to that, as SVP, Clinical Operations at RayzeBio, she led the clinical operations team and played a key role in the company's $356.7 million IPO and its subsequent $4.1 billion acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb in 2024. Her expertise spans from IND preparation to global trial execution, and she has a track record of building clinical organizations from the ground up. Lila Bio, founded in late 2023, spun out of Nobel Laureate David Baker’s lab at the University of Washington’s Institute for Protein Design and is headquartered in Seattle, WA.
