His career includes significant time at Embraer, where he held senior leadership and executive positions, contributing to the development of 18 aircraft types across commercial, executive, and defense aviation programs. Pellegrini's expertise spans program and industrial operations, manufacturing facilities, assembly lines, industrial capacity planning, productivity improvement, supply chain management, industrial automation, and lean manufacturing. He has also led international industrial projects and facility development initiatives in Brazil, the United States, Portugal, and China. Prior to this role, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Embraer's Executive Aviation business and later as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OGMA, Portugal, where he oversaw aircraft, engine, and component MRO, as well as airframe manufacturing.
