ovarian cancer (PROC) in patients with a particular mutation in the p53 gene (TP53 Y220C). Interim results from the PYNNACLE clinical trial, involving 76 patients with solid tumors harboring this mutation, showed an overall response rate of 46%. This includes four confirmed complete responses and 29 confirmed partial responses. If approved, rezatopopt would be the first drug to target the p53 tumor suppressor protein, which has long been considered 'undruggable.'
