Mogotes Metals has entered into a strategic alliance with Rio Tinto Exploration Canada, involving a significant investment of approximately US$15 million. This agreement allows Rio Tinto to subscribe for 30.38 million units of Mogotes at C$0.70 per unit,

Initially, Rio Tinto will acquire a 5% interest in Mogotes, with the potential to increase its stake to 9.99% within a 15-month exclusivity period.
