Nell Hotels, a luxury hotel brand rooted in the legacy of The Little Nell in Aspen, is expanding with a new property, The Nell New York, set to open in fall 2027. This new hotel will be located at 10 Rockefeller Plaza, making it the first and only hotel within
Rockefeller Center and New York City's only Relais & Châteaux property. The Nell New York will feature 134 rooms and will transform former office space into an intimate guest retreat. The hotel aims to offer a unique experience with amenities such as an all-day dining venue, a lobby bar, a spa, and a wine lounge. The design, led by the Rockwell Group, will be inspired by the Art Deco grandeur of Rockefeller Center and will include an art collection featuring both emerging and internationally recognized artists.
