North Dakota State (NDSU) wrestling and Head Coach Obenson Blanc have officially announced the addition of Nick Magee to their coaching staff. Magee, a former Bison NCAA Division II All-American, brings extensive experience to the role. For over a decade,
he served as the North Dakota State wrestling director of alumni relations and the director of the Bison Wrestling Club. Coach Blanc highlighted Magee's long-standing value to the team, noting his role as a crucial link between former and current Bison wrestlers. Magee's leadership at the Bison Wrestling Club saw him coach multiple All-American honorees, a U20 World Team member, and several Pan-American Championship medalists. Under his direction, the youth club team achieved seven dual team championships, six state team point championships, and produced 63 individual state champions. Prior to his return to NDSU, Magee spent five seasons as an assistant coach at Concordia College, where he coached nine Division III All-Americans.
