Ahead of the USDA's upcoming World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report, StoneX has released a survey indicating that the U.S. corn crop is expected to achieve a trend yield of 184.8 bushels per acre. This estimate is slightly higher
than the USDA's current projection of 183 bushels per acre. The survey highlights strong production in states like Iowa and Illinois, which are expected to yield 218 and 212 bushels per acre, respectively. The survey also projects soybean yields at 53 bushels per acre. These estimates are subject to change as the crops progress through critical growth stages in the coming weeks.
